Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Client

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid fees.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled move date may incur a fee of 20% of the total service cost.

2. Refunds

  • If services are canceled with proper notice, clients will receive a full refund of any deposits or prepayments made.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their move at no additional cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Same-day rescheduling may incur an additional charge.

4. Company Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, or staff shortages.
  • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
