1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by D-Seekers Moving & Logistics ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided
We provide local and long-distance moving, junk removal, furniture assembly/disassembly, packing/unpacking, and commercial moving services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to require a deposit for large moves.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled move date to avoid fees.
  • Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if requested 48 hours in advance.

5. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect packing by the client.
  • Items that were not disclosed during the booking.
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Insurance Coverage
We offer basic liability coverage based on weight. Clients may purchase full-value protection for additional coverage.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
